Beth Landrum
As The Crow Flies Ministry Founder &
Leadership Team for Grace & Grit Ministry
At the age of 16, Beth Landrum felt God calling her into missions and ministry. She grew up in church of Christ which established a strong foundation in her heart to help and serve others. As a young woman, Beth found herself the victim of rape and then pregnant with a child as a result. She made the very difficult and painful decision to have an abortion which haunted her heart and soul for many years.
She married, divorced, and remarried. She and her husband Daryl, have a blended family with four children. Their youngest, Matt, suffered from a chronic illness his entire life and was called home to be with the Lord at the age of 24.
In 2016, Beth heard a presentation by a full-blooded cowboy to join his mission of serving the Crow Nation in Montana through a rodeo Bible Camp for kids. Beth immediately knew she had to go. While her initial goal was to just help where she could, once her feet hit the dirt on the rez, she fell in love. She fell in love with the people and the land. She felt like she was home. What started out as a one time mission trip, began a healing journey in Beth’s own heart and as a result As the Crow Flies Ministry was born.
Beth is a certified Relaxation Therapist and has an associate’s degree in psychology. When she isn’t serving on the Rez, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, serving at her local Senior Center teaching art classes. She has volunteered at numerous non-profits throughout the years, taught Bible Classes, and spoken at ladies events, churches, civic clubs and events.
Jeannette Kelley
Leadership Team for Grace & Grit Ministry / As The Crow Flies Ministry
Jeannette Kelley was born and raised in Northeastern Wyoming and grew up on a cattle & horse ranch. With the ranching lifestyle firmly engrained within her, she pursued livestock and ranch operations classes in college. In 2010, she received a certification in Equine Behavior Training and Equine Reproduction.
Growing up, her family attended the Episcopal church and she continued to explore her faith into adulthood. Jeannette experienced her first mission trip through her church, Top Hand Cowboy Church, and went with their team to the Crow Reservation in Montana. It was there her passion and purpose were revealed. Serving Christ, through serving others and a brand-new missionary was born.
It didn’t take long for her pastor at Top Hand to recruit her as the Missions Team Leader for the church. In spite of feeling ill-equipped for the job, Jeannette stepped out in faith and began her new journey in leadership. Since then, she has experienced the joy of equipping teams to serve in home mission trips across the country at several different reservations and through local outreach events.
When she isn’t preparing for an outreach event, Jeannette enjoys spending time with her 2 children and 6 grandchildren, 3 dogs and 2 horses. She is a joy to be around, has a great sense of humor and a strong desire to serve her Heavenly Father with excellence and grace.
Angie Watson
Leadership Team for Grace & Grit Ministry and As The Crow Flies Ministry
Angie Watson grew up Lutheran in North Dakota. She became an RN in 1987 and received her Masters in Nurse Anesthesia in 2001. After a negative and harmful experience with a Christian counselor, Angie spent the next thirty years running from the Lord and her faith.
Angie has experienced an exponential amount of grief and loss through divorce and then becoming a widow in 2014.
She surrendered to the drawing of the Holy Spirit in 2016 and returned to her faith. After attending a Bible study called “Experiencing God” she felt a shift in her spirit and recognized a calling on her life to do something more. In 2017, Angie began her non-profit journey of developing an equine ministry called “The Obstacle Course”. She also returned to school and received her Masters on Divinity Degree in 2021.

Her passion is to teach the Word of God and is constantly amazed at the Greatness of God and all of the wisdom found in the scriptures.
An avid crafter, Angie has a beautiful way of weaving crafting, journals, and paper crafts into her Bible lessons and classes. Her heart is to work in women’s ministry with a focus on healing / growth seminars, Biblical grief education and public speaking.
She and her current husband Mike love the country life where they have the healthiest herd of geriatric horses their vet has ever seen and is bonus mom to Mike’s 3 kids and enjoys their 2 grandchildren.
